Delete your Al-Fatah Clinic account

This page is for the Al-Fatah Clinic app (com.alfatah.shop; the older direct-download app pk.alfatah.shop) and the website alfatahclinic.com/shop, run by Al-Fatah Clinic, Manawala, District Sheikhupura, Pakistan.

Do it yourself (immediate)

1. Open the app, or alfatahclinic.com/shop.
2. Tap Sign in (top right) and sign in.
3. Open Delete my account at the bottom of My account, type your password, tap Delete my account, then confirm.

Forgot your password? Send the email address of your account to [email protected] or WhatsApp 0325-4264284, and we delete it within 7 days.

What is deleted, what is kept

• Deleted: your account, password fingerprint, sign-ins, fingerprint sign-in phones, and your saved name, mobile number and address.
• Kept: the orders you placed (products, amounts, date), because a pharmacy must keep sale records under Pakistani pharmacy and tax law. They are no longer linked to any account.
